and what is FEMM and Beloved Daughter Fertility
Hello! I'm Marybeth Criddle and I am a FEMM Fertility Instructor!
First and foremost, I am a Catholic Christian who firmly believes that all human beings have inherent dignity and worth. Everyone is worthy of being loved, seen, heard, and listened to.
I am also a woman who is deeply passionate about women's health and fertility. This is what lead me to become a FEMM instructor and help women learn how to track their cycles. Tracking your cycles is not just for couples wanting to family plan, but for all women, especially those who want to grow in self confidence and feel empowered with their own health and well-being!
What is FEMM?
FEMM stands for Fertility Education and Medical Management. It is an organization that focuses on fertility awareness and helping women learn how to track their cycles and pinpoint their ovulation. They also have a branch of medical providers that can provide women with medical care should any cycle irregularities become apparent.
As an instructor, I will help you learn how to chart your cycles and learn your patterns. FEMM uses different biomarkers that help a woman pinpoint ovulation. We use biomarkers such as cervical mucus, LH testing, and symptoms to determine when a woman ovulates and to see an overview of her health.
Why the name Beloved Daughter Fertility?
I started Beloved Daughter Fertility because I know what it feels like to have irregular and painful cycles. I was diagnosed with PMOS (at the time it was called PCOS) when I was in middle school. I dealt with heavy and painful periods for years, as well as low self confidence and esteem from constantly being told by doctors that this was just part of being a woman and I needed to "just get through it." I know how broken it can make a woman feel when her cycles are not regular. I don't want any woman to have to feel alone in those feelings or struggles, or feel like she is being dramatic for knowing that something doesn't feel right.
I named this ministry Beloved Daughter Fertility because every woman is a beloved daughter of God, even through her brokenness. Just because a woman has irregular cycles does not mean that she is any less loved or cared for by the Father. She will always be BELOVED!
What does my Logo symbolize?
I entrust this whole ministry and all my clients to the Holy Family (Jesus, Mary, and Joseph) and put them under their care
