These are programs that include 1:1 teaching, coaching, and cycle reviews. As well as in-depth fertility and cycle tracking education
Option #1 - $65 (Market Value: $95)

This package is for those already familiar with a fertility tracking method (Creighton, sympothermal, Marquette, etc.), but want to specifically learn how to track with FEMM, which includes the biomarkers LH and cervical mucus
NOTE: This class does not involve in-depth Family Planning Instruction. Please see Option #2 down below if you are wanting to have a heavier focus on family planning
This package includes:
A private FEMM intro class with 90-120 mins of content (in-person or online)
Very basic instructions for family planning
1 full cycle review, with the option to add more cycle reviews for $10 per cycle
unlimited texting/email support for each cycle we track together
Option #2 - $150 (Market Value: $200)

This package is for those that are new to fertility and cycle tracking. It dives deep into fertility education and is perfect for those that are wanting more support as they learn their cycles and become attuned with their bodies
This package includes:
3 in-depth fertility education classes where we go into what the reproductive hormones are, how to chart your cycles (including training on testing with LH) and how to use FEMM for family planning purposes
3 full cycle reviews, including detailed analyses over email and a video call for each cycle where we go over the analyses. With the option of adding more cycles for $10 per cycle.
unlimited texting/email support for the 3 cycles that we track together

Individual Support Options
These are for woman who are seeking more support, but are familiar enough with cycle tracking and FEMM that they don't need in-depth help or 1:1 coaching
Private Intro Class (In person or Online) - $40
This includes a 90-120 min fertility education class that covers the reproductive hormones, charting your cycles with FEMM, and basic family planning guidelines
This is perfect for women or couples who are wanting to learn the basics of FEMM and cycle tracking, but not wanting to go super in-depth like we do with my 1:1 programs
*I offer a free group Intro Class every 1-2 months. This offer is for those wanting to have a private class*
Individual Cycle Reviews
These options are for those already having gone through a FEMM Intro Class or 1:1 coaching program.
Email Cycle Review - $20
This includes a detailed analysis of one full cycle through email. As well as continued email support until all questions have been answered in regards to that cycle
Video Cycle Review - $30
This includes a detailed analysis of one full chart through email, plus a 45 min video call where we go over the analysis and I answer any questions that you may have
