Cycle and fertilty tracking is not just for family planning purposes, but for ALL women. When a woman learns her cycle patterns she becomes more in-tune with her whole body and health

This is why I offer services for not just adult women and couples, but also teens and pre-teens who want to learn how to chart their cycles and feel more empowered in their bodies
