1:1 Programs
These are programs that include 1:1 teaching, coaching, and cycle reviews. As well as in-depth fertility and cycle tracking education
PLEASE NOTE: I ask that all clients under age 16 have at least one parent with them on the each video call (preferably mom). All clients over age 16 is not required to have a parent present, but it is still recommended. I will not take a minor on as a client without written parental permission
Option #1 - $100
This package is for teens (ages 13-18) that are wanting to learn more about their bodies and how to track their cycles. It includes lessons on how the reproductive system operates, how to chart, and how to live a healthy life through diet and lifestyle choices while being a teenager
This package includes:
3 in-depth fertility education classes where we go into what puberty is and how it affects a woman's body, how reproductive hormones operate, how to chart a woman's cycles, and how to make healthy lifestyle choices
3 full cycle reviews, with the option to add more cycle reviews for $10 per cycle
unlimited texting/email support for each cycle we track together
Option #2 - $200
This package is for teens (only ages 16-18) that want to go even more in-depth into learning about fertility, how their bodies work, sexual attraction, how to chart their cycles, and making good life and dietary choices that is best for their bodies while being a teenager
*If someone is homeschooling, this package can be used as a health credit for a semester long class*
This package includes:
6 in-depth fertility education classes where we go into what puberty is and how it affects a woman's body, how reproductive hormones operate, how to chart a woman's cycles, sexual attraction and how it affects the brain, and how to make healthy lifestyle choices as a teenager
4 full cycle reviews, including detailed analyses over email and a video call for each cycle where we go over the analyses
unlimited texting/email support for the 4 cycles that we track together

Individual Support Options
These are for woman who are seeking more support, but are familiar enough with cycle tracking and FEMM that they don't need in-depth help or 1:1 coaching
Private Intro Class (In person or Online) - $40
This includes a 90-120 min fertility education class that covers the reproductive hormones, charting your cycles with FEMM, and basic family planning guidelines
This is perfect for women or couples who are wanting to learn the basics of FEMM and cycle tracking, but not wanting to go super in-depth like we do with my 1:1 programs
*I offer a free group Intro Class every 1-2 months. This offer is for those wanting to have a private class*
Individual Cycle Reviews
Email Cycle Review - $20
This includes a detailed analysis of one full cycle through email. As well as continued email support until all questions have been answered in regards to that cycle
Video Cycle Review - $30
This includes a detailed analysis of one full chart through email, plus a 45 min video call where we go over the analysis and I answer any questions that you may have
